Data we collect
When you order a visa or extension, we collect the information we need to file your application with Indonesian Immigration and any relevant Indonesian Embassy:
- Full name as it appears on your passport
- Nationality and date of birth
- Passport number, issue date and expiry date
- Scan or photo of your passport bio page
- Recent passport-style photograph
- Residential address in Indonesia (where required)
- Sponsor or invitation letters (where applicable)
- Bank statement or proof of funds (where the visa type requires it)
- Contact details: phone number, email, WhatsApp or Telegram handle
When you simply browse this site or send us a message via the contact form, we only collect what you choose to enter.
How we use your data
We use your data exclusively to:
- Prepare and submit your visa, KITAS, KITAP, extension or PT PMA application to the relevant Indonesian authorities
- Confirm pricing, processing time and payment with you
- Send you status updates by your preferred channel (WhatsApp, email or Telegram)
- Coordinate document pick-up and delivery with our courier
- Respond to enquiries you send us via the contact form
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell your data to anyone.
Who we share data with
To process your application, we share the necessary documents with:
- Indonesian Immigration (Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi) and the relevant Indonesian Embassy or Consulate
- BKPM and the Ministry of Law & Human Rights — for PT PMA and investor visas
- Our insured courier partner — strictly for pickup and delivery of your physical passport
- Our payment provider — for the limited purpose of confirming payment
We do not transfer your data to any third party other than the parties above without your explicit consent.
How long we keep your data
We keep your application records for the duration of the visa we file plus 12 months for support and renewal purposes. Passport scans are deleted from our active systems once your visa is delivered, unless you ask us to keep them for a future extension.
How we protect your data
Documents are stored on access-controlled systems. We use encrypted messaging (WhatsApp / Telegram) for document exchange. Physical passports are handled only by named team members and an insured tracked courier.
Cookies
This website uses one functional cookie — to remember your language preference (e.g. lang=en) — and stores your currency preference in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Send you a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your records (where we are not required to keep them by law)
